Step 1: Brown the Ground Beef

Cook the ground beef in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat until browned.

Drain excess grease if needed.

Step 2: Add Flavor

Add garlic, onion, and seasonings, cooking until fragrant.

This step builds a rich flavor base for the sauce.

Step 3: Add Pasta and Liquid

Stir in the pasta and liquid ingredients.

Allow everything to simmer until the pasta becomes tender and absorbs the flavor of the sauce.

Step 4: Make It Creamy

Add cheese and creamy ingredients, stirring until smooth and fully combined.

The sauce becomes rich, creamy, and perfectly coats the pasta.

Step 5: Serve

Serve hot with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.

Tips for the Best Creamy Ground Beef Pasta

  • Don’t overcook the pasta
  • Use freshly grated cheese for the smoothest sauce
  • Stir frequently while simmering
  • Add a splash of broth or cream if the sauce thickens too much

Variations and Additions

This recipe is super easy to customize.

You can:

  • Add mushrooms or spinach
  • Use ground turkey instead of beef
  • Add red pepper flakes for heat
  • Stir in cream cheese for extra richness
  • Top with mozzarella cheese and broil briefly

It’s a great base recipe for experimenting with different flavors.

I think this meal is a good base starter then you add whatever other spices or things to it to add more flavour. It can definitely be altered pretty easily to your liking.

I’ve made this a couple times now and it’s so good. It’s such a simple recipe that can be altered pretty easily. Like I didn’t have heavy cream but I had cottage cheese so I blended that up and used that instead of the cream. Family loves this meal.  Quick and easy.

I made this with a can of rotel because that’s all I had. I was a little worried about the peppers and Italian seasoning crossover but everyone loved it! Thank you for sharing!
