Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and place the skillet in the center.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in an oiled skillet on medium high heat until golden, about 3-4 minutes and set aside.
Sauté garlic about 1 minute add broth, and let it cool slightly.
Stir in heavy cream, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
When sauce is simmering return chicken to the skillet.
Coat the chicken breast well with sauce and place in preheated oven.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until chicken reaches 160 degrees.
Rest chicken for 5 minutes, then serve with sauce
