Jalapeno Popper Cups

Ingredients
 

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 7 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled (reserve 3 slices)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese reserve 3 tablespoons
  • 3-4 jalapeños seeded and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Coat a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup and bake for about 10 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
  • Take the muffin pan out of the oven and let it cool for a bit.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, cheddar cheese, and chopped jalapeños.
  • Spoon the filling into the wonton cups, then sprinkle with the reserved bacon and cheese.
  • Put the muffin pan back in the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the wontons turn golden brown and the cheese melts.
