Honey Mustard Herb Chicken

Ingredients
 

  • 8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoons thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Arrange the chicken in a baking dish and pat it dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, garlic, oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Generously brush or spoon the honey mustard mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature of 165°F. For a crispy skin, turn on the top oven broiler during the last 2 to 3 minutes.
