Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp

Ingredients
 

  • 1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh preferred
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or coat it with nonstick spray.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and add garlic, oregano, basil, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss everything to combine.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast until the shrimp are pink, firm, and cooked through, approximately 6-8 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
