In a medium bowl, mix together butter, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and hot sauce. Coat the cooked wings with half of the sauce.
Raise the oven temperature to 475°F and bake the wings for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until they achieve a golden, crisp texture. (Consider broiling if desired.)
Take the wings out of the oven and coat them with the remaining sauce.
Finish by garnishing with extra parmesan and parsley.

Keep the wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months. Reheat in a 350F oven for 15 minutes.
