Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Wash and chop spinach leaves. If necessary, grate Parmesan cheese into a bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, and garlic. Set aside.
Carefully slice a pocket in each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
Drizzle oil over the chicken.
In a small bowl, mix paprika, salt, garlic, and onion powder. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken, rubbing it on both sides.
Stuff the spinach mixture into the pockets of the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken in a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F.
