Sausage Egg and Cheese Honey Butter Biscuits

Ingredients
 

  • 1 can of Southern Style biscuits
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoon of milk
  • 8 slices of cheese, your choice
  • 8 raw sausage patties

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the can of biscuits.
  • While the oven is preheating, cook the pork sausages in a skillet over medium heat until they are fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and place a half of a slice of cheese on each patty while it is still hot.
  • In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Place them on a baking sheet according to the package instructions.
  • Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Once the biscuits are out of the oven, split them in half horizontally.
  • Spread a thin layer of honey butter (or regular butter with a drizzle of honey) on the top of biscuits
  • On the bottom half of each biscuit, place a portion of scrambled eggs, followed by sausage, and a piece of cheese.
  • Place the top half of the biscuit over the filling to create a sandwich.
  • Serve the sausage, egg, and cheese honey butter biscuits warm and enjoy!
