Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the can of biscuits.
While the oven is preheating, cook the pork sausages in a skillet over medium heat until they are fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and place a half of a slice of cheese on each patty while it is still hot.
In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Place them on a baking sheet according to the package instructions.
Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
Once the biscuits are out of the oven, split them in half horizontally.
Spread a thin layer of honey butter (or regular butter with a drizzle of honey) on the top of biscuits
On the bottom half of each biscuit, place a portion of scrambled eggs, followed by sausage, and a piece of cheese.
Place the top half of the biscuit over the filling to create a sandwich.
Serve the sausage, egg, and cheese honey butter biscuits warm and enjoy!
