Seal the bag and shake it well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with oil. Add the seasoning mix to the bag, seal it again, and shake until the chicken is thoroughly coated with seasoning.
Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
Arrange the chicken legs on the baking sheet and place it on the middle rack of the oven.
Bake for 40 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through.
Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F, although 185-195°F is recommended for optimal results.
Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
