Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Prepare a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners or non-stick spray. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add chocolate chips and mix. In another bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Pour wet mixture into dry, stir until just combined.
Divide batter among muffin cups.
Bake at 425°F for 5 mins, then reduce to 350°F and bake 15 mins until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
