Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
 

  • 1 rack of baby back ribs, trimmed of fat
  • seasoning salt, to taste
  • pepper , to taste
  • barbeque sauce, of your choice I prefer Masterpiece brand

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line a cookie sheet with non stick aluminum foil and set aside.
  • Rinse rib slab and pat dry. Cut ribs into 3 rib sections and place on prepared cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle seasoning salt and black pepper on both sides and bake for 30 minutes. At 30 minutes remove from oven, flip each piece and place back in oven to continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Once ribs are done remove from oven carefully and let rest for a few minutes until they are cool enough to handle. Brush your favorite barbeque sauce on and enjoy!
