Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot over medium-high heat. Combine wing seasonings in a small bowl.
Clean wings, pat dry, and toss with oil and half of seasoning mix.
In a bowl or Ziploc bag, mix remaining seasoning with flour. Coat wings evenly.
Fry wings in batches at 350°F until golden and cooked through (6-8 minutes). Drain on a wire rack.
Simmer sauce ingredients in a pot over medium heat.
Toss cooked wings in sauce until fully coated. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
Alternative Baked or Air-Fried Wing Method:
- Omit flour and frying oil.
- Preheat oven to 425°F or air-fryer to 400°F.
- Use 1 tbsp of baking powder instead of 1 tsp. Coat wings in seasoning; baking powder enhances crispiness. Bake on a wire rack on a half sheet tray sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook until crispy and done (about 20-25 minutes).
