  • 12 Chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Slap Yo Momma seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon Seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • SAUCE:
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Slap Yo Momma seasoning

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Take the chicken wings out of the fridge and pat them dry to ensure crispy skin.
  • Combine seasoning salt, black pepper, lemon pepper, Slap Yo Momma, garlic powder, and baking powder in a small dish.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix on the wings and toss them for an even coat.
  • Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a sheet with a cooling rack.
  • Bake the wings in the oven for 25 minutes on each side.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt. Once melted, add the hot sauce, honey, lemon juice, and seasonings to the skillet.

  • Transfer the sauce to a bowl or toss the wings directly in the skillet with the sauce.
