Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat your oven to 400°F .
Slice each sausage link into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
Pour barbecue sauce over the sausage pieces and mix well until they’re fully coated.
Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator if you’re prepping ahead, or proceed directly to baking.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly coat it with nonstick spray.
Spread the saucy sausage pieces out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the sausage halfway through, until they’re nicely caramelized and heated through.
For extra caramelization, broil on high for 1-2 minutes at the end just keep an eye on them so they don’t burn!
