Sprinkle this crumb mixture evenly over the batter in the baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by combining confectioners' sugar, corn syrup, and water until smooth.
Once the cake is baked, drizzle the glaze over it while still warm. Serve the cake warm and enjoy.
