In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine cranberries, orange juice, and sugar (adjust the sugar to your taste).
Stir frequently until the mixture starts to boil. Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until it reaches your preferred consistency.
The longer it cooks, the smoother it will become. Remove from heat and let cool in the refrigerator.
The cranberry sauce will thicken as it chills. Serve cold and enjoy!
