Easy Healthy Mango Salsa

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups mango, diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper, remove all seed and dice finely
  • 3 teaspoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve with chips on as a salsa on you tacos!
