Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the noodles according to the package directions.
In a big skillet over high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion, breaking the meat apart as it browns (about 10 minutes). Don’t drain all the fat—you’ll want a little left for flavor.
Lower the heat, then stir in the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Let that cook for about a minute so it smells amazing.
Sprinkle in the flour, stir it well, and cook for 2 minutes.
Slowly pour in the beef stock while stirring. Let it simmer 5–10 minutes until it thickens up. If it gets too thick, just splash in a little extra stock.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and toss everything together. Serve it hot and enjoy.
Notes: Super easy, budget-friendly, and kid-approved. Try adding mushrooms or bell peppers, or stir in a little sour cream for a creamy twist.
