Easy Golden Grahams S'mores Bars are soft and gooey, bursting with the delicious combination of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker flavors that you'll love! These simple treats offer the perfect level of sweetness, all without the need for a campfire.
Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with a large piece of parchment paper, lightly coating it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. Set aside one cup of mini marshmallows and add the remaining marshmallows to the pot. Stir continuously with a silicone spatula until the marshmallows are fully melted. Remove the pot from the heat and quickly mix in the vanilla and salt.
Add 5 cups of Golden Grahams cereal to the marshmallow mixture. Gently fold the cereal into the marshmallow mixture until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, using the silicone spatula to press it gently into the pan. Sprinkle the reserved cup of mini marshmallows, ½ cup of Golden Grahams cereal, and ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips over the top. Lightly spray another piece of parchment paper with cooking spray and use it to press the toppings gently into the treats to ensure they stick. Decorate with pieces of Hershey’s chocolate.
