To get Rhodes frozen yeast rolls ready, arrange 16 frozen dough on a greased baking pan or in a baking dish, making sure there’s space between each roll.
Lightly spray a piece of plastic wrap and place it over the rolls to keep them from sticking while they rise.
Let them sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 hours, or until they’ve puffed up and nearly doubled in size.
Once risen, brush with melted butter mixed with the garlic, cheese and parsley.
Bake them in a 350°F preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they’re golden and baked through.
