Cut puff pastry sheets into squares approximately 3 inches in size. Place these squares into mini muffin tins, pressing them gently to fit the tin’s shape.
Add Brie and Cranberry Sauce:
Put a 1-inch slice of brie in the center of each pastry square. Top each with 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce.
Bake:
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the corners of the pastry are lightly browned. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
