- 1 lb red potatoes, small or baby sized
- 12 corn on the cob bites, Green Giant Corn Cob Bites; Butter, Salt & Pepper, 16 oz Bag (Frozen)
- 1 lb shrimp, raw and thawed, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Slap Yo Momma seasoning
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Preheat oven to 400°F
Precook the Potatoes and Corn:
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot on the stove.
Add the potatoes and corn; reduce heat to a steady simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
Combine and Season:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, sausage, onion, garlic, cooked potatoes, and corn.
Pour in the melted butter and season generously with Slap Yo Momma, kosher salt, and pepper.
Toss to coat everything evenly.
Assemble Foil Packs:
Divide the mixture evenly between the 4 foil sheets.
Fold and seal each packet tightly to trap in steam and juices.
Bake in Oven:
Place foil packs on a rimmed baking sheet (to catch any drips).
Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes, flipping the packs halfway through for even cooking.
Finish and Serve:
Carefully open foil packs (watch for hot steam).
Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
