Easy Banana Pudding Jars

Ingredients
 

  • 5.1 oz Vanilla Jell-O Instant Pudding
  • 2 cup milk, cold
  • 1 box Vanilla Waffer Cookies, Nilla Waffers
  • 4 Bananas
  • Homemade Whipped Cream:
  • 2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Start with making the vanilla instant pudding, follow the directions on the package.
  • Place in refrigerator to chill while you make your whipped cream.
  • Using a kitchen aid with whisk attachment or electric mixer add your heavy cream, sugar and vanilla and whip on medium until you have soft peaks.
  • Set in refrigerator to chill while you begin to assemble your jars.
  • Add a few Nilla waffers to bottom of each of the jars and then layer with a few spoons of vanilla pudding, next a layer of freshly sliced bananas, then layer using your pipping bag filled with whipped cream a layer of whipped cream.
  • Top with more cookies and a little decorative whipped cream and a slice of banana.
  • You can serve them now or add the lids on top and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 days!
