Start with making the vanilla instant pudding, follow the directions on the package.
Place in refrigerator to chill while you make your whipped cream.
Using a kitchen aid with whisk attachment or electric mixer add your heavy cream, sugar and vanilla and whip on medium until you have soft peaks.
Set in refrigerator to chill while you begin to assemble your jars.
Add a few Nilla waffers to bottom of each of the jars and then layer with a few spoons of vanilla pudding, next a layer of freshly sliced bananas, then layer using your pipping bag filled with whipped cream a layer of whipped cream.
Top with more cookies and a little decorative whipped cream and a slice of banana.
You can serve them now or add the lids on top and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 days!
