Instructions
Set your oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil and lightly coating it with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients
Use paper towels to dry the chicken legs, then place them in the bowl and toss until they’re fully coated with the seasoning mixture.
Spread the chicken legs out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece. Tip: You can place them on an oven-safe wire rack set over the pan for extra crispiness.
Bake for 40–45 minutes turning half way through and brushing with olive oil, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is crisp and golden.
Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
