Preheat the oven to 350F.
Cream together butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Combine the flour mixture with the butter/sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
Add oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips, and mix thoroughly.
Drop approximately a tablespoon of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, ensuring 2 inches of space between each mound.
Bake for around 10-12 minutes or until the cookies begin to brown around the edges. Allow them to cool on a rack.
