Classic Meatloaf and Tangy Glaze

  • Prepare a loaf pan (9”x5”) with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Combine all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl, ensuring a thorough mix.
  • Place the meat mixture into the loaf pan, gently pressing and shaping it evenly. Bake the meatloaf at 375˚F for 40 minutes.
  • For the sauce, mix its ingredients in a small bowl. After 40 minutes, spread the sauce over the meatloaf.
  • Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160˚F.
  • Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing, and don't forget to drizzle it with the pan's baking juices.
