Christmas Reindeer Cookies

Ingredients
 

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour , spooned and leveled
  • ¾ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • cup pretzel pieces
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup red and green Christmas sprinkles
  • 2 egg yolks, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light.
  • Add egg yolks and vanilla, mix until pale and fluffy.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, and sprinkles.
  • Scoop dough into 20-24 balls, arrange on baking sheets.
  • Optional Add extra mix-ins on top for a cute look.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Optional Use a circular cookie cutter for a perfect shape when they’re out of the oven.
  • Cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack for 10 minutes. Enjoy your delightful cookies!
