BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger

Ingredients
 

  • 2 lb hamburger patties
  • 4 large hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of swiss cheese
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • barbecue sauce, to taste
  • Optional Toppings:
  • onion rings
  • ketchup
  • pickles

Instructions
 

  • Season burger patties with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat.
  • Cook patties 4-5 mins per side.
  • Add Swiss to half, cheddar to other half, and melt.
  • Toast buns.
  • Layer: Swiss patty, 2 bacon slices, cheddar patty, 2 more bacon slices.
  • Drizzle with BBQ sauce, add optional toppings.
  • Complete with bun tops.
  • Serve hot, optionally with extra BBQ sauce and sides. Enjoy!
