Bacon Wrapped Hotdogs

Ingredients
 

  • 4 hotdog buns
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 white onion, sliced thinly
  • ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise optional

Instructions
 

  • Wrap the hotdogs snugly with bacon strips.
  • Place bacon-wrapped hot dogs in a large pan over medium heat. Turn them over and add sliced onions & peppers once bacon oil is released.
  • Flip hot dogs as they cook, and remove when thoroughly done. Steam buns with damp paper towel in microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Assemble bacon-wrapped hotdogs with peppers and onions, add ketchup, mustard, and mayo to taste. Savor the deliciousness!
